Information We Collect

Payments

Payments are handled by PayPal. ProfitScope does not store full payment card details. We store order identifiers, transaction identifiers, plan details, invoice details, payment status, and related records needed for fulfillment, support, fraud prevention, and accounting.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide the service, authenticate users, deliver purchased credits, generate reports, maintain invoices, troubleshoot issues, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, and improve product quality.

Sharing

We share information with service providers only as needed to operate the service, including payment processors, hosting providers, analytics or data providers, and professional advisors. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.

Retention

We keep account, order, invoice, and ledger records as long as needed for service delivery, compliance, tax, accounting, audit, dispute handling, and legitimate business purposes.

Your Choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information where applicable law provides those rights. Some accounting, fraud-prevention, and legal records may need to be retained.
