No Refunds
ProfitScope sells one-time digital report credit packages. All purchases are final and non-refundable once payment is completed, including unused credits, unless a refund is required by applicable law.
Used Credits
Credits spent on generated reports are non-refundable because the digital service is delivered immediately.
Duplicate or Accidental Purchases
Duplicate purchases, accidental purchases, and wrong package selections are not refundable unless required by applicable law. Contact support with your account email, invoice number, and PayPal transaction ID if you need help locating or using purchased credits.
Technical Issues
If a platform error prevents a purchased credit from being delivered or used, we may restore the missing credit after review. Credit restoration is not a cash refund.
