Invoices

After payment, ProfitScope creates an invoice record in your account with the plan, amount paid, currency, invoice number, order ID, and PayPal transaction reference when available.

Customer Details

You are responsible for confirming that your account email and any billing or tax information you provide are accurate before purchase. If your organization needs a specific legal name, tax ID, or billing address on an invoice, contact support before or immediately after purchase.

Taxes

Prices may not include taxes, VAT, GST, sales tax, withholding, import duties, or similar charges unless clearly stated during checkout. You are responsible for determining and paying any taxes that apply to your purchase or your ecommerce activity.

Seller Information

Seller legal name, billing email, and address should match the business information configured in PayPal and deployment environment variables before live payments are enabled.
