1. Service

ProfitScope provides product research reports, profitability estimates, competitor summaries, and related ecommerce planning tools. Reports are informational only and do not guarantee sales, profit, marketplace ranking, supplier performance, advertising results, or legal compliance.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate account, billing, and tax information when purchasing report credits.

3. Purchases

Report packages are one-time purchases. Credits are delivered to your account after successful payment authorization and capture by the payment processor. Prices are shown in USD unless otherwise stated.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the service, interfere with its availability, reverse engineer private APIs, scrape the service at abusive rates, or use reports for unlawful, deceptive, or infringing activity.

5. Third-Party Services

Payments may be processed by PayPal and data may come from third-party providers. Your use of those third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

6. No Professional Advice

ProfitScope does not provide financial, legal, tax, accounting, import/export, customs, or investment advice. You should consult qualified professionals before making business decisions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProfitScope is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the service.
